Add Clikso

Add the server

Press Add to Cursor above and confirm in Cursor.

Or add it by hand. Use ~/.cursor/mcp.json for every project, or .cursor/mcp.json in one project:

~/.cursor/mcp.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "clikso": { "url": "https://app.clik.so/mcp" }
  }
}

Sign in

Cursor lists Clikso in its MCP settings and asks you to sign in. Your browser opens Clikso.

Tick the workspaces, choose View and make changes or View only, and press Allow access.

Try it

In Cursor's chat, ask something like "Make a short link to our changelog page."

Good to know

  • A project's .cursor/mcp.json holds only the URL, so you can commit it. Each teammate signs in with their own Clikso account.
  • When a tool needs approval, Cursor shows a Clikso link. Open it, press Approve, then tell Cursor you did.
  • To stop, remove Clikso from mcp.json or Cursor's settings. Then press Disconnect in Clikso under Settings → AI connections.
