ClikSo turns long URLs into short branded links, then tells you what happened to them. You can put the links on your own domain, generate QR codes for them, send visitors to different destinations by country or device, protect them with a password, give them an expiry date, and see every click broken down by country, city, device, browser, OS and referrer.
The Free plan includes 50 links a month, 2,000 tracked clicks, one custom domain, the full QR code customizer, folders, tags, the social preview checker, the UTM builder, link expiry, AI slug suggestions, the AI analytics chat, the REST API and the MCP server for AI apps. Password protection, custom social previews and tracking pixels start on Starter. Geo-targeting, device targeting and A/B testing start on Pro.
No. Every plan can use clik.is links, and eight free branded domains are available to all plans — clik.is, watch.clik.is, link.clik.is, buy.clik.is, visit.clik.is, shop.clik.is, ai.clik.is and share.clik.is. None of them count against your custom domain limit. Connecting your own domain is optional and included from the Free plan onwards.
Yes. Both the destination URL and the slug can be edited after a link is created, and QR codes point at the link rather than the destination, so a printed code keeps working when you re-point it.
Clicks usually appear within about a minute. Click logging runs off the redirect path, so recording a click never delays the visitor, and events are deduplicated on arrival so a retry cannot double-count.
Yes, on every plan, including Free. It is a REST API with Bearer-token authentication, covering links, folders and tags, read access to your domains, and your click analytics, at 30 requests a minute per key on Free, rising to 100 on Starter, 300 on Pro and 500 on Business. You create keys in Settings then API, and the developer docs are at clik.so/docs.
Yes. ClikSo runs an MCP server at https://app.clik.so/mcp, free on every plan. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, VS Code or any app that supports remote MCP servers, sign in to ClikSo, and the app can create, find, edit and organise your links. Changes and deletes wait for your approval by default, and the app never receives an API key.
