In short
In Claude, add a custom connector with the Clikso server URL. Claude opens Clikso so you can sign in and pick workspaces. Then switch the connector on in a chat. On the Claude Free plan you can add one custom connector.

- At work
- On Claude Team or Enterprise, an owner adds the connector first. See below.
Add the connector

Workspaces
What can Claude do?
Change this any time in Settings → AI connections.
Turn it on in a chat
In a chat, press +, open Connectors and switch on Clikso. Now ask for something, like "List my five newest links."
Claude Team and Enterprise
On these plans an owner adds the connector once for everyone:
- Go to Organization settings → Connectors.
- Press Add, choose Custom, then Web.
- Paste
https://app.clik.so/mcpand save.
Each member then opens Customize → Connectors and presses Connect next to Clikso. Everyone signs in with their own Clikso account. So each person only reaches their own workspaces.
Approve changes in the chat
When a tool needs your approval, Clikso shows a card in the chat. It says "Clikso needs your approval" and shows exactly what will change. Press Approve and Clikso makes the change at once, or press Deny.
The first time, Claude may ask whether it can show the Clikso app. Choose Allow or Always allow. See Approvals.
Claude's settings and Clikso's
Claude's connector settings also have Always allow, Needs approval and Blocked for each tool. Both layers apply. Clikso's setting is the one enforced for every app.
Good to know
- On the Claude Free plan, one custom connector is the limit. Remove another one first if you need room.
- To stop, remove the connector in Claude. Then press Disconnect in Clikso under Settings → AI connections.
- If a tool is missing, start a new chat. Claude can keep the old tool list until then.
- If you get a link instead of the card, remove the connector and add it again. Claude then loads Clikso's new tool list.
