At ClikSo (operated by Playxoft Studios Private Limited), we strive to provide the best URL shortening and analytics service. However, we understand that circumstances change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your ClikSo subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will have full access to your paid features during this period.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, accidental purchases, or unused time.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of our service (software-as-a-service), all payments are generally non-refundable.
2.1 Exceptions
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following limited circumstances:
Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our end.
Service Unavailability: If the Service was completely unavailable for an extended period (subject to our Service Level Agreement, if applicable), we may offer a refund or Service Credits at our sole discretion.
2.2 Merchant of Record (International)
For customers outside India, payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
Lemon Squeezy handles global tax compliance and billing.
While we manage the support process, refund transactions for international users are ultimately processed through Lemon Squeezy's platform.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact our support team.

Requirements: Please include your Order ID, email address associated with the account, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Timeline: We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5-7 business days.
4. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues amicably.
Note: If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be permanently suspended, and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of your use of the Service.
